We're open for 48 weeks of the year to support your family's needs. We close for just two weeks at Easter and two weeks at Christmas, and there's no charge for regular sessions during these closure periods. We remain open throughout all half term breaks, though please note we're closed on bank holidays.
During August, we move our regular weekday sessions to the morning to help accommodate family time and holidays. We realise that not everybody can make morning slots, so if you're unable to attend, we can make additional arrangements to ensure your child continues to receive their essential tutoring over this period.
If your child is unable to attend a session, simply give us 24 hours' notice and you have two flexible options: defer the session to be made up at an alternative day or time within the next six months, or convert it to a flexi lesson where your child can complete the activities at home over a three-week period.
