Our academic year runs across three terms. We are open throughout all half-term breaks and throughout the summer holidays.
We remain open during the summer holidays with the majority of sessions moving to the morning. We close on Saturday 28 August 2027.
We close for two weeks at Christmas and two weeks at Easter. There is no charge for regular sessions during these closure periods.
Closed 22 Dec 2026 – 3 Jan 2027 inclusive. Bank holidays: 25 & 28 December, 1 January.
Closed 29 Mar – 11 Apr 2027 inclusive. Bank holidays: 26 & 29 March (Good Friday & Easter Monday).

We know family life is busy. Here is everything you need to know about how we work around you.
During August, the majority of our classes move to the morning. This helps families make the most of their time together and enjoy the summer holidays, whilst maintaining the importance of keeping young minds active and engaged.
If morning slots do not suit your family's schedule, please speak to us — we will do our best to make alternative arrangements so your child's tutoring continues uninterrupted over the summer period.
Our closure dates at Christmas and Easter are designed to broadly align with the school holiday periods. Sessions continue as normal throughout half-term breaks — if your family is away or unavailable, simply let us know in advance and we will defer the session so nothing is lost.
If you need to stop or pause your child's sessions, we require two weeks' written notice. Please send this by email to the main office for your centre:
If your child is unable to attend a session, simply give us 24 hours' notice and you have two flexible options:
Defer: Make up the session at an alternative day or time within the next six months.
Flexi lesson: Convert the session so your child can complete the activities at home over a three-week period.
